High Simulation Trauma Manikin-John

Simulate real war wound cases to be used for battlefield first aid training and assessment. With this manikin, war wound
management (hemostasis, binding up, etc.), the whole process of patient transportation (spinal injury) and pre-hospital and
in-hospital emergency skills (ventilation, CPR and trachea cannula can be simulated). CPR Implement standard: AHA(American Heart Association) 2015 guideline for CPR & ECC
Manikin Function:
1. Full-body adult male
2. Realisticl appearance, accurate anatomical structure, with complete whole-body skeleton showing real bone landmarks.

3. Adopt wireless communication technology, powered by in-built lithium battery, can be continuously used for over 8 hours
after full battery charging.

4. Whole oronasal cavity, airway and esophagus; supports cricothyrotomy endotracheal intubation; supports chest rise and
spontaneous respiration.

5. With external compression detector, dynamic curves of compression depth, compression sites and compression
frequency can be showed in real time with records and assessment.

6. Neural Response: pupils state can be changed from pinpoint-like to mydriasis; pupils will be mydriasis in dead state.

7. Airway: left lung, right lung and bilateral pulmonary obstruction; oropharynx and nasopharynx intubation; compound tube
insertion, L.M.A and other airway management; cricothyroidotomy and thyrocricocentesis.

8. Voices including heart sounds, breath sounds, patient pronunciation and alarm by incorrect transportation method, etc.

Software Function:
(1) Graphical Touch Operation Training Software
A) Interface based on images, “Simulated Patient” can be divided into 9 modules, which can show related events and drive
case scenario after “touch” and “click”, and this provides visualized and humanized operation for teaching demonstration.

B) Simulative multi-parameter monitor can provide managable waveforms and physiological parameters,

including (I,II)
chest leads ECG waveform, IBP waveform, respiratory curve, blood-oxygen level, heart rate, NIBP, body temperature, pulse and etCO2, etc. It allows dynamic and quantitative observation of the intelligent emergency trauma manikin, captures
its instant changes and gives feedback on therapeutic effects in time.

C) Supports hemostasis by pressure bandage with tourniquet, during the entire stop-bleeding process, the software can
monitor and show the changes of the hemostatic pressure value in the real time, if the value is in the correct scope for 20
seconds, the manikin will stop bleeding automatically.

D) CPR module supports real time statistics of compression and blowing quality, prompts for compression interruption
time, real-time display of compression depth, statistics display of percentages of correct compression sites and in adequate
compression release, calculation of total value.

(2) Smart Assessment, Judgement and Save System
The system accurately record the students’ examination scenes with images, waveforms and numbers, objectively judge, grade and icloud save the exam results, and it also supports display, save and print function.

(3) Smart Case Edit
Provides rich real medical signs, allows to independently create new cases, vital signs and rescue measures. After the
user properly enter related parameters, the system can save the case according to user’s requirements. The condition of
the patient varies with user’s operation. The system will make records automatically, and allows to perform CPR, tauma
hemostasis, defibrillation, pace-making and drug therapy training.
