1. Adopt an electronic stethoscope that can automatically identify the auscultation sites. Use the "non-contact landmark network" technology to completely cover each auscultation site and auscultation area. Through the identification and management of logic programs, intelligent auscultation is achieved and the electronic stethoscope is placed on the simulated human body. Any of the auscultation sites can hear their respective physical signs, like physical examination on real patients; more than 150 physiological and pathological signs of common cardiovascular examinations and more than 80 chest and lung examination signs are collected.
2. Cardiac auscultation: vividly reproduce nearly one hundred kinds of heart sounds. besides five common cardiac auscultatory valve areas, the system is equipped with “interior cardiac apex auscultation site”, “lateral cardiac apex auscultation site”, and “the fourth intercostal space on the left sternal border” auscultation site, available to hear pericardial friction, pericardial knock, etc.; with cilinical breath sounds auscultation sites and “non-contact landmark network” technology, the system realizes auscultation of full lungs (including manikin’s back), and all breath sounds in left anterior chest accompanied with corresponding heart sounds. A shock sensor is used to simulate diastolic fine tremor, systolic fine tremor and continuous fine tremor; newly added "apical beat" to simulate the "change in the apical position" of the organic heart disease, which deepens the description and understanding of the heart sounds production mechanism; besides simulation of mitral insufficiency and aortic stenosis murmur conduction auscultation, newly added “pulmonary artery stenosis murmur conduction”, and murmurs become weak gradually with extension of conduction distance.
